The most useful message you can send. Include the model, what we show, what the provider's own page says, and a link to it. Corrections go in ahead of everything else.

Provider prices changed several times during 2026, and promotional rates carry expiry dates. If our figure differs from one you saw elsewhere, check our methodology first — we may be showing the current rate while another site is still showing the launch price. If we are the ones who are stale, we want to know.
